Nation Of Truth is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization! We are dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of young adults in foster homes and correctional facilities. Through compassionate support, mentorship, and education, we strive to provide these young individuals with the tools they need to overcome challenges, discover their potential, and create a brighter future.

In foster homes, we focus on creating a nurturing environment where teens can heal from past traumas, develop life skills, and build a sense of belonging. Our committed team of mentors and counselors work closely with these teens, offering guidance and encouragement to help them navigate the complexities of adolescence and foster care.

Within correctional facilities, our aim is to inspire positive change and rehabilitation. We provide comprehensive programs that focus on education, vocational training, and emotional support, fostering a sense of hope and self-worth among incarcerated youth. Our goal is to break the cycle of recidivism and equip these teens with the tools they need to reintegrate into society successfully. We are the real “Second Chance”.
